Right across Victoria interest is building in how our State will mark the centenary of the First World War (2014 – 2018).

Students, community groups, historical societies, cultural institutions and ex-service organisations are reconnecting with the past and delving deep into Victoria’s history to learn more about our WWI service men and women.

We encourage all Victorians to join with the Victorian Government in commemorating the Anzac Centenary.

This section of the website will show you how to find stories about individual soldiers, sailors and nurses.  It will show you where stories from your own community, suburb or town, can be discovered.  It will show you how to share your research with others and how to benefit from the research from people just like you.
