    (2014 – 2018) will shine a spotlight on the commitment and sacrifice of those who served in the First World War.

    Across Victoria, there will be a number of commemorative events marking key dates throughout the Centenary.

2019 Remembrance Day Service – Waurn Ponds

The Waurn Ponds Memorial Reserve Committee of Management will be having a Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Waurn Ponds Memorial Reserve to commemorate 101 years since World War One ended. Afterwards Morning Tea will be served in the Hall. Please bring a plate. Wreaths and Floral Tributes will be laid and you are more than welcome to lay a tribute to the fallen.
